I got this out for the first time in 8 years this week. I love it - I shouldn't it's quite poppy a bit St Etienne - its her voice and lyrics - deadpan, worldly and cynical - my fav - 'with my own hands when I make love to your memory...'

This is simply fantastic - lyrics of the highest order low fi indie guitar and sooning strings - White Jazz one of my favourites and the bitter lovesongs ....... few albums of the 1990's touched this!!

I am a sucker for kit from one or two brands - I feel more organised and prepared somehow - I'm sure regression therapy would come up with an unsavoury explanation about why this is!!

I looked at a few and went for this one - there was a few quid off. It offers a lot of warmth and is pretty light to boot.
