DIY Racing Seat

If you want DIY your racing seat, the you should make sure all of your tools have been prepared. The tools include drill, some good metal drill bits, some hammer wedge, and a hammer. Adjust the position of the car seat so it is upright and will not slip. Tilt the seat onto its back and remove all connections, including the seat belt wire and any electrical wires. Locate the plastic cover on the side of the seat with the seat belt receiver and remove the two screws holding it on.

Remove the long bolt holding the seat belt receiver to the seat, and replace the plastic cover. After those steps, you can install the new racing seat.
