Benriner Cook's Help Vegetable Slicer (Professional Grade)

The Cook's Help by Benriner® is an amazing kitchen tool for both the professional and the domestic cook. This unique gadget only requires a simple cranking motion and it churns out vegetables in a very fine, continuous, and string-like form with very little waste. With its three (3) interchangeable stainless-steel blades (fine, medium & coarse), you can make incredible garnishes from curly ribbons to spaghetti-like strands.

Cut carrots into yards of thin threads, make thin slices of cucumber or mounds of potato strings, for effortless frying. You can even slice or shred cabbages and onions. Perfect for creating elegant garnishes, salads and sandwich toppings. Made from tough ABS Plastic and nylon brinforced glass (resin). Very safe to use and easy to clean. It comes supplied with four (4) blades.

Replacement blades are also available to purchase separately. Product description provided by Brandcentre┬ę.
